Wow, was my Sunday-night meal at Chuy’s Tex-Mex Grill (Knoxville, Tennessee, USA) a disappointment.

Rarely, would I call a meal
at Chuy’s“average”. However, the pork-tacos special was marginal, the charro beans were cold, and the service was less than the usual high quality of service.

Chuy’s is our #2 choice for “Mexican” food in Knoxville, Tennessee.
